What’s All the Hue and Cry About Elon Musk and His Twitter Employees?

Thank goodness I didn’t fall for this cheap propaganda aimed at nobody other than Elon Musk. A highly successful individual who has achieved great success in almost every aspect of his life.

Certainly, Elon belongs to the elite group of the 1 percent.

There are many people who want to belong to this group, but cringe at the idea when it comes to others. Either they’re hypocrites or are just jealous of the man’s success.

The misconception of the 1 percent

I guess the reasons for the cruel criticisms against Elon and those of the 1 percent group aren’t far-fetched. They are blamed for our sufferings (mostly unfounded allegations and assumptions without evidence).

I remember vividly how many criticized Bill Gates, blaming him for all kinds of evil that have befallen humanity. He was partly blamed for COVID. Blamed for planning to forcefully reduce or exterminate certain third-world populations for procreating out of proportion. Seriously? — a man who has donated almost part of his riches to charity and still championing human catastrophe worldwide?

The Boss should dictate the tune

Returning to the case in point, Elon Musk, he is the richest man in the world. I understand these are qualities that can’t go unchallenged. Yet to say that he can’t trace the path of his newly acquired Twitter company and deny the fact that he doesn’t put in the hours of work he claims per day/week, is absurd.

I got news for you the doubting Thomases. You would agree with me that as an employee, you work within the parameters set by your employer. However, as an overall employer and boss, you work harder than your employees and sometimes double or triple your efforts all for your company’s success. And that’s what the gentleman is saying and doing. How hard is that to understand for those with simple minds?

Should he who pays the piper not dictate the tune?

To protect his business interests, Elon has the right to take whatever steps he deems necessary. Twitter, the newly acquired company, shouldn’t be an exception.

Why the hate and bad blood should stop

That’s why I don’t understand the bad blood over his request that his employees be physically present at work maybe for better control and direction.

Stop your bad-blood criticism over a man of Elon’s achiever status. Despite being in the 1%, he is the world’s richest man. Achieving this feat isn’t easy and not a bed of roses.

These types of guys have earned their position through hard work. They seized the opportunity time and chance brought in their path without wasting time. Not being overly nice and easygoing but they took life by the horns to get the most out of it with the right backbone.

Elon Musk's goal to sanitize the tech world can be summarized as follows:

· By canceling lunches at Twitter, a significant amount of money can be saved and invested into something even more beneficial for the company and its employees.

· Getting rid of 75 percent of his employees, the company saved a whopping amount of $13 million in free food expenditures each year.

· By reducing and eliminating insane entitlements, a more realistic, productive, and equitable work environment was restored.

In the end, entitlements lead to brain paralysis and prevent the most talented individuals from being productive. When you work hard in life, you will reap the rewards.

· Self-entitlement leads to complacency and lazy behavior, as people will never achieve their goals.

· With Elon Musk taking the bull by the horns, other tech companies are likely to follow.

Based on people’s comments, I can conclude that many are either throwing tantrums just to follow the tide or they simply feel offended at the mere mention of the name Elon Musk entwined to the 1 percent who they feel are responsible for the calamities that have befallen humanity.

Not to mention that he’s the richest man in the world!

Don’t worry all of you. Who knows if he would be lenient with all of us when he becomes our landlord in space?

Honestly, things would have changed tremendously as we might have forgotten your pains on Earth.
