The Question of Gender Equality: How and Why?

There is no secret that controversial articles on hot topics like this tend to receive a lot of backlash. Nevertheless, let’s not forget to tell the truth no matter who gets trampled.

Don’t forget that Adam existed before Eve, and she was formed from Adam’s ribs, so without that experiment, women wouldn’t exist.

The Almighty God always takes the form of a male. I know some people might say God is a spirit. All good and fine, but remember, however, that Abba means (Father) not (Mother). As far as I know, there has never been a woman angel either. How about you?

The hypocrisy of modern society is tremendous to the extent that it’s affecting even the “modern church.”

In the days of the Apostle Paul, women were not even allowed to speak in church, let alone officiate or stand in the pulpit.

It’s clear that in those days of Apostol Paul, they were not even allowing women to speak in the church, not to mention women standing or officiating in the pulpit.

Women play a significant role in our society.

That does not mean that our mothers, our wives (our best friends), daughters, or sisters, do not matter to us and do not play a key role in our lives and societies. That’s not what I am saying, but in certain ways, that may be why we suffer as a society today because we refuse to follow God’s path. And most often than not we want to be politically correct in everything we do even sacrificing the truth.

If you examine the gender concept from the perspective of the head, you will find that man is supposed to follow in Jesus’ footsteps. Jesus is the head of the church. Therefore, man symbolizes and is the figurehead of the household. His role as the head of the house is simply no longer relevant today. In today’s society, everything is based on how much power the man wields at home. The higher his power, the better; otherwise, the marriage would crumble.

The stark reality of today's society.

What we’re witnessing today is shocking! We live in an upside-down society due to an array of reasons and realities (most notably economic). There has been a shift from the home as an institution to one that is upside down. There is no greater truth than the fact that society crumbles when it violates God’s laws and commands.

How the person with the most purchasing power rules the day.

If she is the one with the highest purchasing power, it automatically elevates her to the top of the hierarchy. The problem arises when some men are not wise enough to understand the brilliance and success of a woman. Therefore, her achievement could become a threat to such a person. With the right, sometimes too the wife changes overnight and becomes an entirely different person, and almost impossible to control and submit to her husband. That attitude might lead to some trouble in the home. When the submission is done with love and respect and not in an abusive way, I see no problem with that. But many women just hate being submissive. That’s unfortunate especially if there have been understanding and peace all along before she became successful.

This is something that many men, including me, have difficulty coping with as the man wants to be the man of the house. In light of the lack of intelligence, success, wealth, and the prestige of fame, the man could see his dream of having a stable marriage becoming an illusion and a complete dream.

Even more devastating and extremely painful if children are involved. Generally, mothers have a tremendous influence on their children. It’s only God who can change the minds of children toward their fathers as hatred can persist even into adulthood.

In conclusion, it would have been great if everyone in a marriage or relationship knew their role and how to play it to keep the boat afloat. That would have been the right panacea in times of crisis.
